Customer Responsibilities

Product pages describe the available squishy sensory toys, tactile stress-relief toys, and playful novelty items. Availability and pricing may change before an order is accepted, and obvious errors may be corrected as permitted by law.

USD Payments

All prices settle in USD, and the checkout may present Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. Applicable law determines any tax collected on an order, so the store does not promise a permanent tax exemption.

Orders, Shipping, and Cancellation

We deliver only within the United States and charge $0 for standard shipping. Allow 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 4–6 business days in carrier transit after dispatch; tracking accompanies the shipment.

Cancellation is available before shipment; after the parcel has shipped, the request is handled according to the Refund Policy.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

A no-reason return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery. NeeDoh pays approved return shipping for no-reason requests and for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing merchandise.

Only no-reason returns exclude customized items, clearance and Final Sale products, gift cards, and intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods after opening; consumer rights for damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or missing goods continue to apply.

Once returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved, the original payment method is credited within 5–10 business days.
